Shipping Explanation

Most products on SEKPRESS.NET are delivered via immediate digital download as soon as your payment is processed. There are some items however that require shipment to your mailing address. We ask that you allow us 7 - 10 business days for processing of your order to give us time to properly get it to you. We receive a lot of orders and we process them in the order in which they were received and paid for, most ship in 3 - 5 business days. We ship exclusively with the US Postal Service using Priority Mail for Domestic and Airmail or Global Priority for International orders. There are any number of things that could slow down the processing of your item such as Holidays, illness or adverse weather conditions. We double check each item before shipping. If we discover a damaged item we have to contact our distributor for a replacement (which we notify you of if this happens). Please rest assured that we will give your order the same care and consideration that we give to all orders from our customers. Thank You again for your purchase.
